Had pleasant stay with exceptional customer service from their staff and the weather was wonderful. I loved the room up on our outdoor furniture. Favourable secluded location just next door to the near market and Kamala and airport:)))

Incredible and good room, all in all had awesome stay.

Everything was great from the top-notch service to the delicious food. Location: the hotel was not far from a couple restaurants and shops, taxis, and Kamala beach. It also was on restraunts & activity's.

The resort is conveniently close to Kamala beach, allowing for easy access to the sand and sea. The rooms are clean and comfortable, with spacious bathrooms. The staff are friendly and provide excellent service, with attentive butlers and helpful front desk staff like Pan and Bella. The breakfast is delicious and comparable to high-end restaurants. Additionally, the resort offers a shuttle service to Kamala beach for guests' convenience.

The hotel is located in a housing area, away from the beach and near a mosque which plays loud prayers.

We stayed 4 nights in 3bedroom villa, it was amaaazing . Very luxury villa with privite swimming pool. Staff are very polite and friendly , everything was perfect in this resort , I would advise everyone especailly arabs to stay in this resort.

had an amazing stay at a beautiful villa with great service and delicious food. Breakfast delivered to our villa every morning was a hassle-free perk we enjoyed. The private pool and attention to detail were fantastic. Will definitely return in the future.

We got great value for our money at Bell Pool Villa Resort. The room was amazing, with a private pool and separate spaces for living, kitchen, and bedroom. The location was quiet and secluded, perfect for privacy and relaxation. The staff treated us very well and provided excellent service.

The food for breakfast could have been better, with more variety and taste options.

This is an amazing hotel that I would always go back to. The villas offer all the privacy, but at the same time everything is just one phone call away. They have a 24x7 Butler service that proved to be amazing, great drivers and a fair choice of food. The Spa services have also been very nice and all in all this place offers a lot more than you would expect when making the booking.

The food could suffer improvements in quality on the Western cuisine dishes. Everything is great if you stick to Asian/Thai courses.

The property is very nice. We enjoyed the private pool a lot. The water was just the right temperature and with very little taste of chlorine which made extended stay very pleasant. The master bedroom was very large and very comfortable,but the other 2 bedrooms were rather small. Of course what you saw on the web was the master bedroom. The rest of the living areas were tastefully done and comfortable. Overall, my group had a lovely time staying in the Bell Pool Villa.

We were very disappointed with their foods. We ordered local Thai foods for lunch on the first day, noodles were soggy, curry was just spicy with absolutely no flavor. Their breakfast was better, it seemed they handled simple western foods better than their own Thai cuisine which was a pity. On the days when we did not have dinner in town, we had fruits for dinner which worked fine for our group of friends. Their housekeeping can also be improved. Everyday something would be missing, such as bath gel or the bath robe, nothing dramatic since you can call the butler who will fix it. However a little improvement will make the resort looks more professional.

I had an amazing time at the Bell Pool Villa Resort Phuket - Sha Extra Plus. The private pool was absolutely stunning and made my stay so luxurious. I loved the outdoor bathroom, it was a unique and beautiful touch. The kitchen/living/dining area was spacious and well-equipped. The breakfast was delicious with a great variety of choices. The staff were warm and welcoming, always with a smile on their faces. The location was quiet and peaceful, perfect for a relaxing vacation. I highly recommend this resort for a memorable stay.

The villa was large enough for our family to spread out, settle in and really relax. The design and layout were very good and all our requirements as a young family catered for.
